Land capability is from the NSW DPI Land & Soil Capability v4 polygon layer. Carbon stock is from the ESA CCI Biomass 2023 satellite product (~100m). Vegetation cover is from DEA Fractional Cover (Sentinel-2). Lot identity is from the NSW Digital Cadastral Database. Rural market activity is from registered NSW property sales filtered to RU-zoned lots over the last 5 years.
