Frequently asked

What is AgDSS?

AgDSS is an agricultural decision support system. It pre-computes intelligence for rural property across Australia — land capability and soil condition, carbon and vegetation, water, climate and regulatory obligations — from authoritative government and scientific datasets, so landholders know what they CAN do with their land.

Which states does AgDSS cover today?

New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria are live — 1,905,165 rural lots across 237 councils and 8,721 rural suburbs, with property reports and interactive intelligence maps in the AgDSS app. Other states are on the roadmap.

Is the data the same in every state?

The framework is the same; the datasets are the ones each state actually publishes. New South Wales pages lead with land capability and rural sale rates; Queensland pages with Agricultural Land Class, Strategic Cropping Land and fire history; Victorian pages with soil organic carbon, land systems and planning overlays. Where a state does not publish something, we say so rather than estimate it.

How do I get intelligence for one specific property?

These pages summarise a whole suburb or council. For a specific address, the AgDSS app generates a full property report and an interactive map across every rural lot in the state. Sign-up is free.
